Yoruba Language Classes
Saturdays, June – August 2026
We are creating a joyful learning environment for language learners ages 18-35. Led by educators – Mrs. Margaret Ekisola, daughter Tolu Ekisola, Ms. Gbemi Joseph, and University of Florida’s Dr. Kola Adetola, CAARE is bringing Yoruba Language Classes to the Twin Cities.

A Welcome Message from Tolu
CAARE was launched in 2020 with the generous support of the University of California Irvine’s Illumination: Chancellors Art and Culture Initiative.
Mission & Vision
CAARE uses the arts and digital media to activate global citizenship, empathy, and mobilization for Black and Indigenous people.
We envision a future where Black and Indigenous communities thrive – with access to quality education, decriminalization, and reimbursement for the impacts of structural and environmental racism.
Get Involved
We advocate for improved outcomes in displaced communities through targeted public health initiatives.

CAARE is a community Based Arts and Culture Initiative
