CAARE’s mission is to empower communities globally to be citizens involved in their communities education, safety, and wellbeing.

We envision equity and justice for Indigenous and African descendants through community engagement, documentary storytelling, and policy reform on the local, state, and federal levels.

We value freedom and integrity, work collaboratively with our neighbors, and use art as medium to find common ground. We strive to maintain transparency in all of our work.
